Main features of MACH E2:
“0” waste Front and Back ears
- Designed to facilitate the use of expensive and elasticized raw material the proposed systems are able to meet top speed requirements and allowing to achieve high product savings. The multiple choice of Diatec goes from the traditional rectangular shape of the ears to the most sophisticated “0” trip asymmetrical ears.
Compact design for a constantly under control process
- The process has been particularly studied to minimize the distance between the un-winder stations and the material application point on the machine.
- From the end of the core formation till the final cut the machine length is just 12 mt.
Servo motors technology
- Ensures a fast and correct tension control of the raw materials.
- Drastically reduces the change over time.
- Enlarges the number of sizes potentially available.
- Reduces maintenance/substitution on mechanical components.
User-friendly operation
- A main full-colour touch-screen control panel is provided, for a precise management of all machine operation phases (start-up, shut-down, setup)and for production data collection (throughput, efficiency, shifts, etc.).
- Every unit is placed in such a way to simplify material handling, maintenance and process overview and control. |
