MODUS 200 machine is designed for the production of top quality adult diaper (brief and with belt), and shaped pad incontinence products.
Main features of MODUS 200:
User-friendly operation
- A main full-colour touch-screen control panel is provided, for a precise management of all machine operation phases (start-up, shut-down, setup) and for production data collection (through put, efficiency, shifts, etc.).
- Every unit is placed in such a way to simplify material handling and process overview and control.
Accurate Tension Control
- Servo-driven unwinding stations and full speed automatic flying splice devices.
- Edge-guiding devices together with adjustable driving rolls guarantee a precise alignment and the best web tension control along the whole web flow.
Cellulose Defibrations System
- Disc mill designed with low power consumption and reduced overall dimensions with single or double infeed for highly efficient defiberization of any kind of treated or untreated pulp.
- Tri-dimensional forming section to obtain a particular profile of density or an higher edge definition in the fluff pad enlarging the range of fluff + S.A.P.
- Single or double pad forming section configuration.
Saving on maintenance
- Easy accessibility of all the machine units has been particularly designed.
- The shafts are studied to minimize breakdown.
- The machine constructions has been simplified by reducing the number of the components needed.
- The machine designed has been focused on the high use of commercial parts versus the designed ones. |
